On Thursday morning, April 10, our elementary campuses had a little extra Bulldog energy as Kearney High School Boys Basketball players and Harlem Wizards players were greeting students as they arrived and handing out free-ticket coupons for all KSD pre-K through 5th-grade students. Now we need the grown-ups!

Tomorrow, Saturday, April 11, is the big fundraiser game: KSD Bulldogs staff team vs. the world-famous Harlem Wizards in the KHS Fieldhouse. Doors will open at 3:30 p.m., and tipoff will be at 4:30 p.m. This will be a fun show with trick shots, laughs and lots of crowd interaction. If you’re looking for something fun to do with your family this weekend, this is it.

Every KSD preschool and elementary student gets FREE entry with the coupon (bring it with you). Kids 3 and under are always free. An adult must accompany all pre-K through grade 7 students during this event.

This is where you can help us finish strong. Adult ticket purchases support the mission behind the event. The proceeds will help fund KSD Education Foundation classroom grants and the Grow Your Own program, which supports students who want to pursue careers in public education.
