Results from feedback will help measure and drive district direction

Kearney, Mo., October 25, 2023: All Kearney School District residents are encouraged to participate in the school system’s 2023 Annual Survey.

This year’s survey is open now at www.ksdr1.net/annualsurvey and will remain active until 11:59 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 3.

“Responsive Leadership & Community Engagement” is one of the four central pillars of KSD’s 2022-2027 Strategic Plan. The district must facilitate stakeholder engagement and empower student voices if we are going to achieve our mission to provide exemplary educational experiences in a safe and supportive learning environment.

Stakeholder responses to the 2023 KSD Annual Survey will help the district reach that destination. This survey is our opportunity to gather valuable feedback and insights from students, parents/guardians, employees and community members.

The data and comments collected by the survey provide critical guidance for our district and school leaders. It’s one of the most important ways we track progress towards achieving the goals created by our stakeholders during the strategic planning process.

All survey submissions will be kept anonymous. The results will be compiled and analyzed by our district administration and then shared with our Board of Education and stakeholders. An executive summary with key insights will be posted this winter on the KSD website.
